These Terms & Conditions govern your use of aurelisreserve.com (the “Site”), operated by Aurelis Reserve (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.
1. Pre-launch status
Aurelis Cabin — San Jose, Tarlac is not yet open to guests. The Site currently accepts waitlist sign-ups only. No bookings are confirmed and no payments are collected through the Site. Joining the waitlist does not reserve a date, guarantee availability, or lock in a rate.
2. Rates and packages
Rates, inclusions, and capacity shown on the Site are indicative and may change before bookings open. The minimum stay for all packages is 3 days / 2 nights. Final pricing, booking terms, and cancellation policy will be provided in writing before any booking is confirmed.
3. Health education, not medical treatment
The Aurelis Reset is a health education program. It is not medical treatment and does not replace care from your own physician. Continue any prescribed medications. Some health conditions may not be suitable for the program, and guests will be screened before booking. Any post-stay lifestyle assessment is educational in nature and does not establish a doctor–patient relationship for ongoing care.
4. Use of the Site
You agree to provide accurate information when joining the waitlist and not to misuse the Site, attempt to access it without authorization, or interfere with its operation.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, photographs, logos, and design, belongs to Aurelis Reserve or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Aurelis Reserve is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
